Benito's Chicago Eatery will bring deep dish pizza and other Chicago good eats to Ballard in late April. Ben Kulikowski, a former Chicago resident, will be serving up Chicago-style hotdogs and beef sandwiches made with (mostly) local ingredients at a spot near Ballard High School. [Seattle Met]
