Tiny Thai eatery Little Uncle has added sidewalk seating to their rollup stand, to take advantage of (hopefully) sunnier days: "We think that our view is arguably the best view of the city and the sunsets have been stunning." Beginning April 17th, they will expand their hours by one hour: Tuesday thru Friday from 11 am to 8 pm and beginning April 21st, they will open Saturdays. Those readers who have complained that they haven't been able to sample Little Uncle because of work(you know who you are), no excuses now.
On Fridays, Little Uncle offers whole steamed trout, since they "noticed customers placing large orders particularly on Friday nights to create a take-out family-style meal." Check their website for daily specials such as the jungle curry(or geng baa) featuring Stokesberry Farm’s rabbit. They are offering $20 reusable stainless steel containers(reminiscent of Indian tiffins) for carryout purposes.
