Seattle Weekly's Hanna Raskin says that Vietnamese restaurant Thanh Vi is going fusion: Chef Henry Pacheco plans to change its name to Fusion World this weekend. Pacheco will have dishes from Vietnam, Mexico, Italy and the Philippines on Fusion World's new menu. The University District location will stay "Thanh Vi," per an employee working there.
