Plum Bistro and La Spiga Will Join Skillet at Seattle Center

Here's a photo of a sign announcing all of the new vendors coming to Seattle Center. At the end of last year, the folks running the Center decided to move away from typical chain, food court fare at the tourist magnet to focus on locally sourced, uniquely Seattle food stuffs. They initially created some buzz by signing Skillet, and then Eltana Bagels. The full lineup is now: Bean Sprouts Cafe & Cooking School, Big Food, The Confectional, Ceres Roasting, Dante's Inferno Dogs, Eltana Wood-Fired Bagels, Kabab Corner, La Spiga, Mod Pizza, Plum Bistro, Pop! Gourmet Popcorn, Pie, Quincy's Grill, skillet: counter, Starbucks, Subway, Street Treats, and Seattle Fudge. The next 50 years look promising indeed. [@insta_brit]
