Thirty-year-old restaurant Chez Shea will close its doors April 29, but there are other, smaller shakeups happening at Pike Place Market. Seattle Times' Rebekah Denn says that Los Agaves, a farmers market staple, will be doling out delicious tacos at Gary's Tex Mex's old digs.
Meanwhile, Seattle Met's Allecia Vermillion reports that Heong Soon Park, who owns Bacco Café and Wine Bar, will spin off the lower level(lacking First Avenue frontage) to operate Korean restaurant Cha:n.
