Eater reported earlier that Pan Africa was moving across First Avenue, and today Seattle Weekly reveals that owner Mulu Abate has another restaurant project in the works called Lovage. Lovage will offer soups, salads, and sandwiches--and will be adjacent to the relocated Pan Africa(on the east side of First Avenue between Pike and Pine). Abate says, Lovage "won't have anything to do with African cuisine." [ESEA, Seattle Weekly]
