Neil Robertson's reputation as a pastry chef is so strong that even though his patisserie has yet to open, Tasting Table preemptively anointed him as one of 2012's best pastry chefs. Now comes word from Seattle Met that Crumble & Flake will open May 5. Hooray--we will soon all sample his celebrated lemon marshmallows and kouign-amann. [Seattle Met]
