Neighbor Lady Opens April 13th; Scarecrow Video's New Espresso Bar

CENTRAL DISTRICT—Seattle Met reports that vegetarian-friendly The Neighbor Lady, brought to the neighborhood by Stephan Mollman, who runs another popular CD bar Twilight Exit--will open April 13th. [Seattle Met]
