Founded in 1983 as Cutters Bayhouse, Cutters Crabhouse(part of Restaurants Unlimited national chain) reopened earlier this month at its Market location with a fresh look. The new interior has fish murals by local designer Breeze Block Gallery, deep-sea diving signs, and an open kitchen. The bar area has also been renovated and has a sleeker look. Chef Simon Zatyrka heads the kitchen and espouses a "snout to tail" approach, which is evident in dishes like hamachi skin cracklings.
