Naked City Brewery and Taphouse has hired Tessa Roberts, formerly a chef at Collin’s Pub, to helm its kitchen says Washington Beer Blog. Of the hire, Naked City's press release reads, "Tessa balances her vast experience in pubs with a strong background in vegetarian cuisine (she was also head chef at Delicious Planet).
