Remember El Asadero

el-asadero_fit_300x300.jpegIn all the hubub about food trucks, Crosscut's Hugo Kugiya reminds us about Seattle's original food truck or rather food bus--El Asadero. The Mexican food vendor has been selling birria(a beef stew) and other fare for eight years at the intersection of South Othello Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way South. You can't follow El Asadero on Twitter or Facebook, but they're at the same location every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. [Crosscut]
