In all the hubub about food trucks, Crosscut's Hugo Kugiya reminds us about Seattle's original food truck or rather food bus--El Asadero. The Mexican food vendor has been selling birria(a beef stew) and other fare for eight years at the intersection of South Othello Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.
