RUMOR MONGERING—Seattle Times drink columnist Tan Vinh lit up the Twitterverse yesterday when he posted, "Din Tai Fung looking to open in Seattle, maybe downtown, maybe U Village. No set date yet." Vinh later clarified that the xiaolongbao specialist would not relocate their existing Bellevue dumpling shop but rather add a second location. Developing. [@tanvinhseattle]
