EVO Tapas Kitchen & Cabaret will open this Friday, May 4. Here are a few photos to tide you over til the weekend. Todd Nordahl, who operated Rosebud Bistro in its last days, is the entrepreneur bringing small plates and cabaret entertainment to The Social site on Olive Way. Expect a menu heavy on Mediterranean small plates and shareable dishes. The menu was created by chefs Khampaeng “KP” Panyathong, formerly of The Herb Farm, Springhill, and Metropolitan Grill, and David Leopoldo, formerly of Barrio and EVO’s head chef.
