Blind Pig Debuts Happy Hour

Blind_Pig_Bistro_Seattle_150_may_2012.jpgBlind Pig Bistro's owner and chef Charles Walpole tells Eater that beginning June 5, the restaurant will begin offering "Atelier," a happy hour: $5 chef's plate items such as a poached egg with pulled pork, crispy kale, and rockfish croquettes with lime, curry aioli. Blind Pig's well-chosen wines by the glass will be $5 during the Atelier happy hour. Atelier will run from Sunday to Thursday 5 to 6 p.m. [EaterWire]
