Blind Pig Bistro's owner and chef Charles Walpole tells Eater that beginning June 5, the restaurant will begin offering "Atelier," a happy hour: $5 chef's plate items such as a poached egg with pulled pork, crispy kale, and rockfish croquettes with lime, curry aioli.
