Last week, Ruth Reichl was in town to act as the keynote speaker for Fred Hutchinson's Premier Chefs event. Reichl tells The Oregonian's Peter Szymczak that if she could have one wish, she would ban soft drinks: "If I ruled the world and could do one thing, I would outlaw soft drinks for everybody.
