One Time Only: Bid on Modernist Cuisine Labs Feast

Here's an offer that doesn't come around very often: Modernist Cuisine chef Maxime Billet (and Tom Douglas chefs) will cook you dinner at the Palace Ballroom for the modest sum of $500 (as a commenter points out below, this is the minimum bid)--it is a 30-course dinner. This is the first chance for members of the public(not named Rene Redzepi) to experience Modernist Cuisine food--(so far) a once in a lifetime opportunity. All proceeds go to charity.
