As had been hoped for, Neil Robertson's highly anticipated pastry shope Crumble and Flake opened yesterday on Capitol Hill. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday--closed on Mondays. Eater stopped by this morning, and Robertson confirmed Twitter reports that he ran out of pastries to sell yesterday--shortly after noon. You are hereby warned: get there by noon tomorrow to ensure pastry happiness.
