Portland's Henry 12th Street Tavern will have a Seattle branch in Sodo by September, says Nation's Restaurant News. The Seattle version will be called Henry’s First Avenue Tavern. The Henry's brand is owned by Restaurants Unlimited, which is based in Seattle. Restaurants Unlimited manages a wide portfolio of restaurants in the Northwest including the recently renovated Cutter's Crabhouse and Palomino. Henry’s menu will feature “globally inspired” pub fare and local beer, and the average ticket price at lunch is $16 and $22 at dinner.
