Trendy car service Uber announces plans to test out on-demand ice cream delivery here in Seattle and six other cities. From noon until 5 p.m. on Friday, Uber users will be able to request a visit from the Uber ice cream truck, which will be stocked with King Kone, Klondike and more. The truck will then bring five ice creams for $12 to your location. They've made a promo video of people clamoring for ice cream just in case you're not excited enough already. [EaterWire]
