Capitol Hill Seattle Blog profiles Knee High Stocking Company in a newish feature called "Hill Tastes." As one of the first in Seattle to embody the speakeasy vibe when it opened in 2008, Knee High has boasted unobtrusive signage, when it's had signage at all. And now, someone's made off with even that. Per Knee High owner Jack Rose: "Someone ripped it off the side of the building, removing a good chunk of building material in the process." [CHS]
