Bauhaus Coffee's fate at its current Melrose and Pine on Capitol Hill remains uncertain, because of a planned mixed-use development. But, Bauhaus owner and Ballard resident Joel Radin tells Capitol Hill Seattle Blog that he's been eyeing the former Epilogue Books space at the corner of Market & 20th Avenue for awhile and sealed the deal last Friday.
