Ravenna's Harissa Mediterranean Cuisine will open a new outpost on 15th Avenue East, taking over the space that housed Karam's Lebanese Cuisine. The Middle Eastern food equilibrium on East Capitol Hill will be restored in mid-August. [CHS]
