Stell’s Burgers & More will close this Saturday, per Queen Anne View. A dry cleaning business occupied the site, before Stell's began operating there nearly seven years ago. Owner Stellios Makratzakis sued his current landlord, Seattle Pacific University, over the costs of the cleanup. As a part of the settlement, Stellos agreed to vacate. He is looking to reopen in North Seattle. [QAV]
