Some delicious Top Chef spottings coming through the old tipline. After spending time filming at Pike Place Market yesterday, Capitol Hill seems to be the neighborhood of choice for the judges. Emeril Lagasse was spotted at Restaurant Zoe and Gail Simmons was spotted a few doors up on 14th Avenue at Spinasse. Note that the restaurant's chef Jason Stratton(who knows what Simmons looks like) denies that she was there or at Artusi last night. [EaterWire]
