Mum's the word from the folks behind Fish Cake Factory, a new spot replacing Mediterranean cafe Zeitoon on Fourth Avenue in Belltown. Vimonsri Wongjaraen, its Thai chef, isn't returning calls, nor is Catch Design Studio, which is doing the buildout. Concept is fish cakes made from pink, chinook and sockeye salmon, plus halibut and rainbow trout cakes, each with different seasonings.
