The Veggie Grill Opens August 22, Serves 100% Vegan

Fast growing Santa Monica-based chain The Veggie Grill has been storming its way through the Northwest, having opened locations in Portland and Beaverton earlier this year. A rep says that Veggie Grill's SLU location opens on Wednesday, August 22 at 11 a.m. Regular hours of operation will be daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Veggie Grill serves "craveable" vegan comfort food and was recently voted "Best American Restaurant” in the L.A. Times 2012 Reader’s Choice Awards. A second Veggie Grill location will open in University Village this fall.
