MERCER ISLAND—A tipster says that there's a new Vietnamese restaurant called Phobulous at 3303 78th Ave SE. [EaterWire]

QUEEN ANNEEdgar Carreon, owner of Coa in Maple Leaf, purchased La Luna in April and he is ready to give the neighborhood Mexican eatery a makeover: "That will be the biggest change, they will find that La Luna will have an identity and it will show through color, tequila, fresh mexican inspired food intended to be paired with Tequila."
