Veggie Grill Ready to Feed the Amazon Masses

Fast growing Santa Monica-based chain The Veggie Grill has been storming its way through the Northwest, having opened locations in Portland and Beaverton earlier this year. Veggie Grill's SLU location opened this morning at 10:30 a.m. Regular hours of operation will be daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Veggie Grill serves "craveable" vegan comfort food. A rep says that "Buffalo Wings" are the most popular item on their menu. A second Veggie Grill location will open in University Village this fall.
