Here is what Ethan Stowell's eagerly anticipated trattoria Rione XIII looks like. The restaurant is named for hip, popular Trastevere, the 13th district of Rome. On 15th Avenue, the new restaurant will be open for weekday lunch and dinner, serving handmade pizza and pasta. Brandon Kirksey, formerly with Stowell's Belltown spot Tavolata, is the head chef. The menu features traditional Roman style dishes such as friend artichokes, gnocchi, and pizza. Lunch hours are Monday thru Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served seven nights a week from 5 to 11 p.m.
