Derek, the GM at Restaurant Zoe, is awesome! He is super friendly but never intrusive. It's obvious he really cares about the customers, he'll remember not just what you like to eat and drink but random anecdotes you've told him – he makes you feel like a regular even if you're not. I am always impressed by his work ethic – always willing to jump behind the bar, bus tables, run food – the kind of manager I'd like to work for.
