Co-owner Robert McConaughy tells Eater that Beacon Hill's newest neighborhood pub opens Saturday, September 1 at 4 p.m. Daily hours will be 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Look for Tippe to begin brunch service on Saturdays and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in a few weeks. The new bar is located at the site that previously housed cooperative music venue ROCKiT Space at 3315 Beacon Avenue, a short distance away from the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station. Per Seattle Beer News, the bar will feature 16 taps and will enforce a strict "no crap on tap" policy (so like, you'll want to go elsewhere for your Bud Light fix).
