Capitol Cider is headed to Capitol Hill, and as the name signals, a plethora of ciders (and beer) will be available for consumption. The gluten-free bar plans to open at the just-vacated site of the Fetherstone Gallery. 24-year-old owner/operator Spencer Reilly tells Capitol Hill Seattle that the giant cider bar has been a dream of his for five years and that he longs for the cider he tasted in England and Spain in 2000.
