Top Chef Season 10 Set in Seattle, Premieres 11/7

The @Bravotv tweet that launched another thousand began thusly: "The battle is in Seattle! The 10th season of Top Chef premieres 11/7 @ 10pm with new judge, Wolfgang Puck." The full list of cheftestapants is over here, and sad to note, no Seattle restaurant or resident appears on it. Here is Eater's map of Seattle restaurants you can expect to see in Season 10 (think Canlis, Revel). Seattle chefs you can expect to see include Tom Douglas, Thierry Rautureau, Jason Wilson, Ethan Stowell, Renee Erickson, Scott Carsberg, Jason Franey, Maxime Billet, and Jerry Traunfeld.
