No big surprise in this Wall Street Journal on destination-worthy foraging restaurants that Willows Inn is one of the six listed: " From wild crab apple blossoms and elderflowers to sea beans and local seaweed, most menu items have been sourced on or around the premises—only a handful of ingredients, such as oil and salt, are flown in. Even the butter is churned on-site and island-caught salmon and trout are smoked." [WSJ]
