Well, this is interesting.

Tomorrow night at Rain Shadow Meats, New York-based performance artist Carrie Ahern will be performing a number that investigates the human relationship with animals (as in, the ones we eat). The cost is $20 for standing room only. Ahern says about her performance:

"I am attempting to illuminate more about the true farm-to-table process and our human capacity for empathy."
