On Monday, county commissioners voted unanimously to require adult-themed barista stands to install an 8-foot-high fence or landscape buffer in front of windows that face the street or other businesses. And to make bikini baristas feel even more like convicted felons, any new stand must be 800-feet from any school, public park, library or church.
