Mike Easton is less than a week away from opening the second incarnation of his restaurant Il Corvo. As a warm-up to his January 7 grand reveal, he cooked on New Year's Eve, offering two seatings for those who wanted an early preview of his new place in Pioneer Square. A coat of paint, new furniture, cool pasta collections, and repurposed materials has morphed the former BuiltBurger spot into a cozy trattoria. Eater photog Suzi Pratt captured the final quiet moments before the NYE rush. · All Coverage of Mike Easton [~ESEA~]
