Il Corvo To Go

As of today, Il Corvo is offering dried pasta for purchase. According to owner Mike Easton's blog, "Now available (while it lasts) only at the counter at Il Corvo, $8 a pound. Today we've got Gigli, Fusilli and Ditalini!" Easton is experimenting with new pasta shapes, thanks to a 25-year old pasta extruder. [EaterWire]
