Look no further than Canlis if it's the spendiest wine you're after. They've got the most expensive bottles compared to any other restaurant in Seattle. Straight from the mouth of Wine Director Nelson Daquip:
Our most expensive wine is a magnum of 1990 Domaine de la Romanée Conti (DRC) "La Tâche" at $17,500. But for a standard 750 ml, we have a tie between the 2005 DRC Romanée Conti and the 2009 DRC Romanée Conti at $15,000.
As previously mentioned, when it comes to the most expensive private wine collection, The Herbfarm gets top honors.
