A new food truck specializing in "grilled sandwiches that taste awesome" is rolling out its first full week on Seattle pavement. Ryan O'Toole ditched his ol' jobaroonie at a corporate food distribution company after 11 years to launch Now Make Me a Sandwich with his wife. The truck officially hit the streets January 4 after a soft roll December 29.
The menu offers half-a-dozen sandwiches made with high-quality local products, including a vegetarian option (Buddha Call). And with less than a week under their belt, two best-sellers have already emerged: Bad Lieutenant and Beastie. Exhibit A: This photo gallery from Thrillist.
Your next chance to catch NMMAS will be Friday in South Lake Union.
