A Melrose Market spin-off is shaping up on lower Queen Anne. Seattle Met reports that the co-developer of Melrose Market is turning a 6,700 square-foot industrial space at 203 W Thomas into an open market with an array of vendors, including an anchor restaurant that "makes this building a destination the way Sitka & Spruce's arrival signaled that Melrose Market would be something special."
