Lamb lovers rejoice. Lamb Jam is coming back to Seattle for an epic battle, and only one chef's lamb dish will reign supreme. On November 3, head over to The Foundry in Sodo to witness the showdown, as well sample great lamb dishes from 16 area chefs. Tickets will grant you access to beer and wine tastings, hands-on butchery demo by Tracy Smaciarz from Heritage Meats & Lamb Charcuterie, sheep's milk cheese from The Calf & Kid, and sheep's milk cheesecake from Rusty's Famous Cheesecake.
