Tom Douglas is taking over the former Soul Wine space in SLU and expanding Serious Pie and Serious Biscuit. Executive chef and partner, Eric Tanaka, tells Seattle Met that they're building a street side dining room, which includes a bar and about 30 additional seats, for their carb carrying members to enjoy.
