Some exciting bar news coming from the Aragona camp today. It's been announced that David Nelson, who launched the bar programs at Tavern Law and Spur and who most recently oversaw the cocktail program at Il Bistro (Murray Stenson's new home), will be the bar maestro at Aragona when it opens sometime this fall. (UPDATE: Aragona could open by month's end).
Nelson joins Service and Wine Director, Chris Tanghe, and Tanghe's right-hand-man and former Canlis cohort, Jackson Rohrbaugh as the booze brothers.
