Nuflours Expands; Seattle Chefs Bucking Trends & More!

CAPITOL HILLNuflours, a gluten-free bakery formerly known as d:floured, is taking over the former North Hill Bakery space on Capitol Hill. CHS reports the bakery will start renovations on the space early next month. [CHS]

PORTLAND— Portland restaurant/butcher/charcuterie maker (and Portlandia star) Olympic Provisions has landed a cookbook deal with Ten Speed Press.
