CAPITOL HILLCapitol Cider is offering a totally gluten-free, pre-Thanksgiving dinner menu on November 25. Says chef Erik Jackson, "I think people will first be struck by all the terrific food on their plate; and if they don't realize it initially, they'll also likely be pleasantly surprised to find out the entire meal is gluten free." The three-course menu looks like this: Chicory salad w/ roasted apple vinaigrette & blue cheese; turkey two ways plus fixings; walnut pie & apple cider Chantilly; and sweet potato "pie" with maple granola and marshmallows.
