The weekend pop-up at La Bete with a rabid following is now certifiably open in its new brick-and-mortar space on Capitol Hill. After a few days of practice operation, Juicebox is officially up and running (as of today) in the Hunters Capital Ballou-Wright building (1517 12th Ave. near Pike). If you need more reasons to get excited about Juicebox, Seattle Met has five of them at the ready. Cafe hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm and Saturday-Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm.
