10 Bars Open on T-Day; Assembly Hall Whiskey Dinner

SEATTLESeattle Met has a list of 10 bars that will be open on Thanksgiving. Neighborhoods span Ballard to Pioneer Square, with Capitol Hill having the most bars serving booze when one needs it most: Liberty, Bait Shop and Linda's Tavern will all be there with some liquid pain reliever at the ready. BELLTOWN— Tom Douglas and his Assembly Hall crew are teaming up with Westland Distillery for a great night of education, eating and of course, whiskey drinking. Tanakasan chef Brian Walczyk and sous chef Cameron Hanin will be cooking up the four course dinner to pair with the booze du jour. The dinner will be held December 10 at 6:30 pm.
