Blue C Sushi to Replace Boom Noodle on Capitol Hill

Another Boom Noodle has closed, this time on 12th and Pike. While the "Dear John" letter on the front door is a little cryptic regarding what's to come ("a new and exciting project"), CHS reports that it will be transformed into Boom's sibling, Blue C Sushi.

The same company behind both concepts announced last month that they'll be replacing the Bellevue Boom with a higher-end izakaya restaurant called Kaisho.
