Third Son's a Charm: Liam's is Now Open in U-Village

Without much fanfare, Liam's announced today that it's now open in University Village. By way of press release:

Restaurateur Kurt Dammeier, mastermind behind the now iconic Beecher's cheese, Pasta & Co., Bennett's whole food bistro and the giant pig-shaped food truck known as Maximus/Minimus, is at it again. Liam's will open today in University Village's new South building. Named for Dammeier's third son, Liam's is meant to appeal to suburban crowds by serving sophisticated, yet familiar fare. The "upscale homestyle" menu features naturally sourced ingredients from the West Coast and an extensive wine list, similar to what diners experience at Bennett's, though on a grander scale with seating for 150 guests and a bar that is triple in size.

Liam's is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm. The restaurant's Facebook page has a few pretty opening day photos to hold you over until Team Dammeier deems the place ready enough for a professional photographer (the year-round big patio and outdoor fireplace will not be completed until early next week).
